The new single, ‘I See Red’ sees Rum Jungle take their sound to new heights with roaring vocal melodies and dynamic guitar runs, whilst keeping the reggae-fusion sound that their fan base have come so familiar with.
Although only being an established band for just over one year, Newcastle’s Rum Jungle have emerged as a serious player in one of the country’s most lively music scenes. Developing a devoted audience off the back of their pair of EP’s Crazy Days (2017) and Sun & Smoke (2018), the quartet have gone on to share the stage with the likes of Boo Seeka and These New South Wales, as well as selling out their hometown release show at the back end of 2018, further cementing themselves as a mainstay in the Newcastle scene.
